'David'
(Phlox paniculata 'David) has been selected by the Perennial
Plant Association as the 2002 Perennial Plant of the Year. 'David'
provides great garden color and sweet fragrance from July through
September and is know for its powdery mildew resistance.
Phlox 'David' grows best in moist, but well-drained, fertile soils
in full sun to partial shade. Combine Phlox 'David' with Purple Coneflower
'Magnus' and Maiden Grass 'Morning Light'. 'David' will grow to a
height of 36-40".
