has brilliant carmine-red blooms in June and July. The foliage is
a bronze green.
This Astilbe is lovely combined with the chartreuse blooms of 'Lady's
Mantle'. Fanal attains a height of 24-30 inches in bloom.
Astilbe grow best in deep, rich soil with good moisture and part to
full shade.
