Fothergilla (Fothergilla major) is
a native shrub with many fine attributes. Fall foliage of red, yellow,
and orange, often on the same plant, give the gardener the ideal plant
for any color scheme. This display, when combined with its unusual
white honeycomb spring flowers, textured summer leaves and its angular
branching habit, is why this plant should be in everyone's garden.
Dwarf fothergilla will attain a size of 3-5' tall and wide. Plant
in sun to shade.
