Russian Sage was selected as the Perennial Plant of the Year in 1995
by the Perennial
Plant Association for it's outstanding performance.
Plant in the middle or back of the border with yarrow,
phlox and ornamental
grasses. Russian Sage attains a size of 3' tall and wide. Plant
in full sun and well-drained soil.
